Kick Off Meeting Report: Un Nuovo Inizio per il Progetto Erasmus+!
È stato un incontro proficuo quello del 7 novembre 2024, quando abbiamo avuto il piacere di riunirci per il Kick Off Meeting del progetto Erasmus+ “Hearts on Stage“.
Questa iniziativa, promossa da una partnership internazionale composta da Parole Controvento (Italia), KULTUR & ART INITIATIVE EV (Germania), Sofinatass (Serbia) e MEDIA VISION THEATRE APS (Italia), si propone di promuovere il supporto per i giovani migranti dall’Ucraina, nel ridurre i traumi correlati alla guerra attraverso il teatro.
Durante il meeting online abbiamo avuto l’opportunità di approfondire il tema del progetto: lo sviluppo di approcci teatrali innovativi basati sull’arte-terapia, guidati da esperti psicologi e basati sull’interazione tra attori e pubblico, che aiuteranno a mitigare i traumi correlati alla guerra.
Una parte fondamentale della giornata è stata dedicata alle prime presentazioni dei partner, ovvero il “Get to know each other”.
Ogni organizzazione ha avuto modo di raccontare la propria storia, i propri valori e le competenze che intende mettere a disposizione per il successo del progetto. È stato un momento di condivisione prezioso, che ha permesso di rafforzare i legami tra i membri della partnership e di delineare le prossime tappe di collaborazione.
Abbiamo inoltre discusso i dettagli delle attività internazionali previste nel progetto e impostato il primo workshop che andrà a tenersi in primavera in Germania e servirà a sviluppare metodologie pratiche e strumenti di valutazioni digitali. Nonché a creare una comunità online legata al progetto.
Un altro punto focale del meeting è stato l’approfondimento sulle buone pratiche di sostenibilità. Abbiamo definito insieme linee guida che ci permetteranno di operare in modo responsabile, rispettando l’ambiente e contribuendo alla costruzione di un futuro più sostenibile. Il meeting si è concluso con una sessione di domande e risposte interattiva, durante la quale abbiamo definito i canali ufficiali di comunicazione e i metodi per mantenere un contatto costante tra i partner.
Kick Off Meeting Report: A New Start for the Erasmus+ Project!
It was a fruitful meeting on 7 November 2024, when we had the pleasure of gathering for the Kick Off Meeting of the Erasmus+ project ‘Hearts on Stage’.
This initiative, promoted by an international partnership composed of Parole Controvento (Italy), KULTUR & ART INITIATIVE EV (Germany), Sofinatass (Serbia) and MEDIA VISION THEATRE APS (Italy), aims to promote support for young migrants from Ukraine in reducing war-related trauma through theatre.
During the online meeting, we had the opportunity to deepen the project’s theme: the development of innovative theatre approaches based on art-therapy, led by experienced psychologists and based on the interaction between actors and audience, which will help mitigate war-related trauma.
A key part of the day was dedicated to the first partner presentations, the ‘Get to know each other’.
Each organisation had the opportunity to tell its story, its values and the skills it intends to provide for the success of the project. It was an invaluable moment of sharing, which strengthened the ties between the partnership members and outlined the next steps of collaboration.
We also discussed the details of the international activities planned in the project and set up the first workshop to be held in spring in Germany, which will serve to develop practical methodologies and digital evaluation tools.
As well as to create an online community linked to the project.
Another focus of the meeting was on good sustainability practices. We defined together guidelines that will allow us to operate responsibly, respecting the environment and contributing to building a more sustainable future. Whose document con be found attach here.
The meeting concluded with an interactive question-and-answer session, during which we defined official communication channels and methods to maintain constant contact between partners.
